Fit Sesh is designed to track workouts using permissions you control.
What the app processes
- Workout sessions, routes, goals, reminders, settings, summaries, and reports may be stored locally on your device.
- Profile information you enter, such as birth month and year, sex, height, and weight, is stored locally and used to personalize workout metrics, including estimated active calories.
- Location may be used to record route, distance, speed, pace, heading, and elevation during an active workout.
- Motion data may be used to improve activity detection and workout context.
- Speech recognition and microphone access are used only when you activate voice workout controls. Recognition is provided by Apple's speech services and may be processed by Apple according to your device settings and Apple's privacy practices. Fit Sesh does not retain voice audio.
- If you enable Health Insights and grant permission through Apple Health, Fit Sesh reads body mass and resting heart rate to show trends. It does not write Health data.
Background location
- Fit Sesh may use background location only while an active workout session is recording.
- Background location helps continue route and distance tracking if you lock your phone or switch apps.
- You can manage location permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
What we do not sell
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use advertising identifiers.
- We do not require account creation for normal app use.
On-device features
- Workout detection, summaries, goal suggestions, motivation, and natural-language session search are generated on your device.
- Fit Sesh does not send workout history or profile information to an external artificial intelligence service.
Notifications and sharing
- Goal reminders are scheduled only if you enable notifications.
- Session reports are shared only when you choose to use Apple share or print flows.
- If you send data to another app, service, or person, that destination's terms and privacy practices apply after the transfer.
Retention and deletion
- Saved sessions, goals, and settings remain in the app until you delete or change them.
- Deleting a saved session or goal removes that item from the app's stored data.
- Uninstalling the app removes app data according to normal iOS behavior.

This informational website does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Changes to this policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy when Fit Sesh changes.
- The current version will be posted on this page.
