Common questions
Can Fit Sesh keep tracking in the background?
Yes, while an active workout is recording and the needed location permission is granted. iOS controls background execution, so Always and Precise Location provide the best results.
Can I delete saved sessions or goals?
Yes. Saved workout sessions and goals can be removed from the app when you no longer want to keep them.
Does Fit Sesh require an account?
No. Fit Sesh is designed for local workout tracking without requiring an account.
Why does Fit Sesh ask me to confirm my weight?
Weight helps estimate active calories. The reminder is optional, appears only after your selected amount of time has passed, and never blocks starting a workout.
Are calorie totals exact?
No. Active calories are estimates based on your profile, activity, movement, and pace. Session details include context about the estimate.
Who develops Fit Sesh?
